Jason Baruch was a speaker at Broadway by the Sea in Puerto Rico, organized by Playbill. He spoke to potential producers and investors about the pleasures and pitfalls of co-producing or investing on Broadway. Other speakers included Tom Viertel and Jack Viertel.

Jason Baruch organized, moderated and taught an intensive 2-night program at the Snapple Theater about the Legal Aspects of Producing: An Inside Approach to Navigating the Theatrical World. This is the third year this program has been presented, a joint program between the Commercial Theatre Institute and the New York State Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section.
