Jason Baruch Leads Two-Night CTI & NYSBA Program on Legal Aspects of Commercial Theater, Featuring Industry Experts and Mock Negotiations

Jason Baruch organized and moderated a special two-night joint program of the Commercial Theater Institute and the EASL Section of the New York State Bar Association about the legal aspects of commercial speaker production. Experts from the industry were enlisted to lecture (including Mark Sendroff, who spoke on Creative Staff Agreements for the Broadway musical), culminating in a series of mock negotiations. The program was such a success, repeat performances will be scheduled.
