Jason Baruch moderated an program for established practitioners at UBS entitled “Revisiting Form D: Theatrical Offerings and What You Need To Know” for the EASL section of the NYSBA addressing the current securities issues governing theatrical syndications. Speaking on the panel were securities attorney Gary Emmanuel and entertainment lawyer Mark Beigelman.

Congratulations to Tony Award winners and Sendroff & Baruch clients Casey Nicholaw, Larry Hochman and Stephen Oremus for their work in the Best Musical of 2011, “THE BOOK OF MORMON.” Mr. Nicholaw won for “Best Direction” and Mr. Hochman and Mr. Oremus each won for “Best Orchestrations.”
